「Rooms were really nice, pool has an adults only timeframe each day, elevators were quick, plenty of options in the food court for food besides the buffets. Parking permits were confusing & security couldn’t tell you anything about it. I didn’t see any information area to answer questions except for the check in desk which meant you had to get back in the check in line & wait your turn.」

「After check in i went to the room to open the door, the key was not working.. the house keeping staff who was cleaning the nearby room came and try to open with her key the room did not open. She advised me to go to the lobby. I was with a 16 month old and had to go back to the lobby all my belongings. Then when i reach there the staff their said do not keep the key next to your phone it will get deactivated.. she said she reactivated the key. I went back again to the room and still not opening...
