「I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property. First, the room was not tidy upon arrival. In addition, my spouse and I made every effort to avoid using the bed throughout the night due to the condition of the room. 「We were in town for a funeral. Check in was at 1:00 pm and the funeral was at 2:00. We got to the hotel at 12:45 and the reception was extremely rude. She said the room wasn’t ready and we were early. I told her it was no problem, we knew we were a bit early and could wait until the 1:00 check in time. She said that they hadn’t even started cleaning our room and she was mumbling under her breath and be very ugly about it. I explained that we traveled five hours for this memorial service and just...

「Room was very clean. Staff that checked us in were very helpful and friendly. Cleaning ladies were very accommodating when we needed more supplies. Only concern staying at this hotel was it was extremely packed the morning we were going to have breakfast and was unable to get any food due to short supply of food available and there was no seating in the small breakfast room. We settled for mc Donald’s down the road. Overall great hotel to stay at with children.」
