"Terrific little historic hotel with a lot of vintage charm. Right downtown -- walking distance to the river, nearby casinos, and (in our case) the Mudbug Madness Festival. The staff was particularly warm and inviting -- offering terrific local advise and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This place should be on your radar screen when visiting Shreveport!"

"Breakfast was good. Rooms could have been cleaner. A dried booger on the bathroom wall. Yuck! Room smelt and stains on the coach. Also ran out of towels every morning and coffee maker broken for two days of our stay. Staff were so friendly and kind."

"Hotel room was a good value for the price. Front desk team was very friendly and went out of their way to make customers happy. The down side is a small parking lot that is completely full at night. The breakfast choices are limited and are repetitive if you’re staying several days. "

"Overall it was good, but I do recommend some new pillows. The pillows are very flat, was uncomfortable sleep. "
