「When we arrived before the 7:00pm allowed arrival time -6:45 pm (there was no cell reception in the area) we were told that Expedia had cancelled our reservation due to over booking. I have never had that happen before. It seemed odd and definitely concerning. We were told that a more expensive room was available, for which receptionist gave us a discount for our inconvenience, $210 instead of $280. While this was appreciated it was still $25 over our originally agreed upon price with Expedia....

「The room was overall clean, but a bit old. It definitely did the function of what I needed for the night. The view out the window and on the deck was very nice. It was a rainy night so I didn’t get to utilize the porch, but if it was sunny, it would’ve been nice. 「Moose Creek Ranch and its team is awesome. This was definitely a highlight night of my road trip with my son. As my 6-year old said as we left “this place is magical and I hope we come back some day”. We will definitely be back.」

「The cabin had at least 13 flies in it upon arrival. There were cobwebs in the cabin. Overall the rest was clean inside. The included deck hasn't seen a pressure washer cleaning in least a decade and was in rough shape. The location was nice along with the early entry benefit. The pool was nice but the staff does not clean it well, tons of debris and leaf clutter in the pool. The convenience of having the cabin near by was convenient for a mid day cool off at the pool.
