Amazing location and even better service
"The Maples service was amazing, from the front desk to the bell hops and concierge, everyone helped to make our ski holiday one to remember. It doesn’t hurt that the ski lockers were perfectly located next to a lift for ski in/ski out access. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Would recommend car, but great place to stay with wonderful views of Mt. Yotei. Not much in area but still a great place to stay if you like countryside. Wide and spacious rooms with spa! Service was nice as well."

"We stayed two nights at Chalet Ivy Hirafu. We loved it and had an amazing stay. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. It will be our go-to choice when we visit Niseko again.
The room was spacious and there were plenty of in-room amenities that are so thoughtful. The onsen was wonderful and clean, especially loved the outdoor onsen. The service was top-notched, all the staff were super helpful and the shuttle service was so convenient to bring guests back and forth the ski area or Kutchan station, it was basically on demand and not limited to a fixed schedule. Breakfast was great too and the wine vending machine was awesome. Thank you! "
"We really enjoyed the Setsumon. We stayed in a Studio. It was two 30 somethings, and a 12 month old baby. The Studio is one room, but it is big. It has a kitchen, tv, couch, and bed. There is also a long entryway (genkan) so you can put your boots and stuff. We put our baby in the crib in the corridor. It worked well.
The Setsumon is very central in Hirafu and easy to get to lifts, shuttles, and convenience stores. We did not go to restaurants, but there were several nearby.
"What a lovely modern hotel, in a convenient location! Ample onsite parking and smooth communication with English speaking front desk staff.
The rooms are very modern and comfortable with lots of outlets which isn't always a given in Japan.
The only small downside is that there were mugs and a kettle, but no tea bags in the room.
Other than that, a thoroughly recommended stay."
