"Great place to soak in the sauna after a hard day on the ski runs. Good ski in ski out right by the family lift, and convenient locker 1 or 2 flight of stairs up depending on the room number. Proximity to the Main Street and ease of access to Seicomart for snacks or food trucks for affordable options. The hotel is pricey since we booked last minute, but likely more affordable options available if booked earlier."

"Great room layout, good ski out location, run to ski in a little challenging. Much more a condo development than a true hotel though. Difficult to get ski edge service in the on property ski shop, although fine for wax. Parking a little expensive. Breakfast was a weak point,.lack of variety and quality overall at the price point. In house restaurants great quality but pricey and not everyday eating. Short walk though to other options in Hirafu. Only one towel per person per day a little stingy, Onsen not truly an Onsen (no mineral water), so fundamentally more of a large hot bath. Daylight to room better than expected with Premium Suite on first floor, was concerned about proximity to ski and boot room but had no issues."

"The rooms were spacious and came with a furnished kitchen. There was a separate room for the beds and they had a small dining area as well as a lounging area. The room we booked had a great view of Mt. Yotei as well! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the center of Hirafu where a lot of the restaurants are located. The ski valet is on the second floor of the hotel and it is just a short walk to the King Gondola. You are able to ski right to the entrance to the ski valet of the hotel after a skiing, which made it very convenient. You could also leave your skis and boots at the valet in the middle of the day to take a break before going back out for night skiing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The concierge was very helpful with booking complimentary rides to and from the Hirafu Welcome Center, which is where the shuttle buses drop off/pick up passengers. They were also very prompt with their emails about any inquiries. The onsen was very clean and not super busy. The hotel provides a complimentary private onsen session, but we didn't feel the need to use it as the onsen was never crowded. "

"The room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel offered many amenities, including a shuttle to and from the mountain, arranging a ride to the airport, ski lockers and complimentary food upon arrival. Will absolutely book here again for our next holiday! "

"Nice place. The owners are great. Super nice. Super helpful. The surly young staff are unprofessional and need an attitude adjustment. Overall though, very good."
