"The room was clean and I love the shuttle service they provided from pick up and drop off between hotel and the Toya JR station. All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "Great location at the base of the slope, easy to walk up to the first lift. Ski valet included makes life so much easier - pick up skis then walk up the slope in the morning. Easy access to the town and all it has to offer. Staff were professional, courteous, and always helpful. The onsen (spa) is not huge but it is sufficient. The breakfast buffet, though not luxurious, offers a variety of tasty options. Decent value for money. Overall a very good stay."
