It comfortably accommodates 11 adults, providing a welcoming living area with fireplace as well as several bedrooms for privacy. The property manager lives close and is very helpful. "The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. We were unable to turn it down enough to get a comfortable temperature without opening the windows. Getting to Niseko Village gondola base (not the main base by the Hilton) was a trek--15 mins. I carried my skis and boots to make it more reasonable to walk. Bus is a 5-minute walk, but infrequent enough that walking was preferable. Food was adequate--not particularly good or much variety, but OK. "

"We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel. The views were spectacular and the staff so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant food was really good, and we loved their breakfast buffet. It snowed the whole time we were there so it felt like you were inside a snow globe! "
