A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group.

The best value in Niseko for size, number of people it accommodates, location, and staff. It’s clean, has a full kitchen, spacious bathrooms, and is very quite. The staff communicates very well and even in English. I would easily stay here again!

Nice place to stay with easy access to transportation to Niseko. The place also had great amenities like heated wall hangars for our snow gear and towels. Additionally very responsive communication.

Incorrect contact number given causing big trouble

They have given us wrong contact number for out of business hours contact. On our arriving day, we cannot get in touch with anyone on the property management team because of that mistake. We nearly end up in our car for the night for not knowing where and how to check in and access the property. Such huge mistake cannot be forgiven.
