"The location next to the gondola is superb. I really enjoyed the attached ski shop and assigned locker room, which are within the same building. The outdoor onsen was beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely stay here again."

"Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring. "

"The stuff was very friendly. The room was clean, but very small. If you arrive with a small suitcase it is fine. But if you have stuff for skiing you will not find any place or cupboard to store your items. They don’t have a dry room. So you have to leave your Ski equipment in the lobby and the stuff takes care of it."
