"ネットで調べたときは、チェックイン前に 駐車場の利用は出来ないと書いてあったのですが、ダメもとで2時半に電話したらOKとのこと、しかもこれからきても満車かもしれませんと言われました。結果、停めることは出来たのですが‥。 立地条件は、良いです。すぐ近くにコンビニも有ります。 道内色々と泊まりに行ってますが、フロントをはじめスタッフは海外の方が多くなりましたねー。対応は良いと思います。 朝食付きにしましたが、品揃え、補充など私は満足でした。 一点だけ、イクラはノーマルに醤油漬けの方が好みです笑笑"

"not sure if the property is old but the room just smelled like cigarettes and it made my allergies act up pretty badly while i was staying there. While the view was excellent but i didn't get to enjoyed it much as my allergies was in overdrive. As soon as i moved on to the next hotel, all was well again. I'm sorry, I wish i get to enjoy it more but i just didn't had a great experience here."

"Great central location between upper and lower Hirafu, with roomy-modern condo style layout. Open kitchen/dining/living area with complimentary wine, fruit, eggs, milk, coffee to help you start the day. The only drawback is that Niseko is very quiet in early June, with the restaurants in the hotel and most in the surrounding closed. The coffee shop in Chatrium re-opens in mid-June while other restaurants in Hirafu also re-open thereafter."

"An older property with some quirks, but the location is ideal, and the staff wonderful! The in-room mini onsen a gift after a day of skiing. A close walk to all the fun restaurants and shops of Hirafu, and the ski in/ out access is ideal. Shout out to the front desk team who answered all questions and helped us book a car at the last minute when uber flaked."

"The hotel is well located just opposite the JR Otaru station. The room is clean and decent. The size is quite standard in Japan. It will be starting renovation in April and we are excited to stay afterwards. "

"Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes."
