I had a comfortable stay at Washington Hotel Kansai Airport. The room was spacious, much larger than I expected for an airport hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the terminal and train station. Great choice for travelers catching early flights.

Room didn't seem vacuumed since I saw hair that did not belong to me. One of the bath towels had brown stain and unsure if it was clean. Other than that, room was clean and staff was nice. Unfortunately, I only found out airport shuttle only operated early in the morning when checking in. I wish ...

Airport hotels should be more flexible with their check in times. We only wanted a room for a few hours but had to wait until 15.00 to check in and left at 19.00. why not offer different booking options. Apart from the little moan above this is a very nice and conveniently located hotel with large ...

The city itself doesn't have much to do but its convenient to the airport.
I really only went there on my way somewhere else. My flight arrived late at night and I didn't want to attempt to negotiate Uehonmachi station that late.
The booking reference was not appear at their system , they took too long for me to wait for just for check in. My booking was inclusive of breakfast , I was questioned and stopped because I do not have breakfast coupon, their system is bad.
It's a quiet place with accommodations near the airport that are affordable if you just need a place for one or two nights. There isn't much around in terms of food and convenience store.
Good place to transit.
