"This was the best stay on our 14 days in Japan! The hospitality was above and beyond our expectations. Truely five stars! Manager Mr. Mamiya Haruhi and his staff welcomed us and attended to our every needs, again above and beyond our expectations. Food and service were of highest quality. The hot springs were relaxing. Although steep, the area around this traditional Japanese hotel was very walkable. We only wish we had stay more than one night."
