Onsen almost as good the the very expensive Hyatt across the road (they have an outdoor onsen that the Hyatt does not). Our room had a washing machine but hotel has coin-operated washing machines for rooms without washing machines. Club rooms have access to a great lounge"

"The staff were friendly and super helpful. The hotel was quite clean. The free shuttle and full breakfast were great. We ate dinner there every night-inexpensive and delicious. The ski locker was huge and was perfect for drying out wet skis and gear. Totally planning on staying here on our next trip. "

They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge!"
