The staff couldn't do more for you. Ushered to front desk and personally taken to the room and everything explained.. Room was beautiful. Futon very comfortable. Top floor onsen and several onsen on the bottom floor. Breakfast was plentiful. I'd stay again.

We booked the room with private onsen. The staff was attentive and amazing. Everyone was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel itself is a bit more dated, however it was ver clean. The private onsen was just what we needed, since we were too shy to use the public ones.
