"This was our third stay at Freedom Inn. We love the location within walking distance to the ski field but away from touristy Hirafu. They have a great pick up drop off shuttle service which can take you to dinner in either Hirafu or Kutchan. Try Kutchan for a more authentic japanese experience. You ..."

Amazing location and even better service
"The Maples service was amazing, from the front desk to the bell hops and concierge, everyone helped to make our ski holiday one to remember. It doesn’t hurt that the ski lockers were perfectly located next to a lift for ski in/ski out access. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We stayed two nights at Chalet Ivy Hirafu. We loved it and had an amazing stay. Thank you so much for the great hospitality. It will be our go-to choice when we visit Niseko again.
The room was spacious and there were plenty of in-room amenities that are so thoughtful. The onsen was wonderful and clean, especially loved the outdoor onsen. The service was top-notched, all the staff were super helpful and the shuttle service was so convenient to bring guests back and forth the ski area or Kutchan station, it was basically on demand and not limited to a fixed schedule. Breakfast was great too and the wine vending machine was awesome. Thank you! "

The only small downside is that there were mugs and a kettle, but no tea bags in the room.
Other than that, a thoroughly recommended stay."
