「The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again.」

「Well located, in a calm area at around 15 minutes in bus from High Street. The room was however very small, as was the bed. It was perhaps more fitting for someone alone rather than a couple.」

「Very convenient」

「If you would like to enjoy your Edinburgh stay surrounded by green & space, this is the place for you. 15 mins walk or 10 mins bus from the busy city center, next to the Arthur’s seat. Unfortunately my room did not have view, just walls, but if you are lucky, most of rooms should have beautiful green views. Friendly staff, good food, lovely garden terrace to enjoy beers, if it is sunny!」
