Very lovely staff and the hotel was wonderful. Lovely big bed and just perfect for a romantic get away. Construction at the back of the hotel which was very noisy but wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

Stayed for three nights. Room was spacious and very clean, fridge and coffee station great addition. unfortunately it overlooked a building site but as I was out most of the day, it was bearable. Staff were very helpful - nothing too much trouble.. the back of the building was on the Royal Mile so convenient for sightseeing. Would recommend

Excellent location, perfect in between old and new towns and seconds from Waverley. Very friendly staff. Rooms soft and comfortable. Everything spotless. Breakfast very good. Some building work going on right outside but no noise. Would definitely stay again.

Current construction made for noisy room and bed/room was smaller than expected. However, staff was excellent. They were so kind and provided quick assistance. I also saw them working hard continuously to keep the hotel clean and amenities full in the lobby. It’s close walking distance to Waverly train station and many good restaurants and cafes. I would visit here again.
