"El hotel bien, el desayuno y la ubicación excelente. Lamentablemente el día que hicimos el check inn, la persona que nos atendió fue bastante poco empatico, muy lamentable, salvo eso lo demás bien. The hotel was good, the breakfast and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the day we checked in, the person who attended us was quite unempathetic, very unfortunate, except for that everything else was fine."

A marathon was going to affect traffic the morning of our checkout, so valet made sure to have our car ready on an alternate road so that we would make our flight! Hugely appreciated and the location the hotel is perfect in old town with great restaurants and shops nearby!"

"We had an excellent experience at The Scott. The staff were all very friendly and our room was consistently refreshed every time we came back in the evenings. It's not in the center of the city, but the walk isn't bad for all the central spots and many bus routes stop right outside the hotel. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend."

"Our room was a converted holding cell with bars still on the window. It had a toilet and shower and was pretty small, but they did an excellent job with the space, lots of hooks, drawer under the bed, a fair amount of shelves and lots of mirrors to make it feel bigger. Great bed! I also appreciated them putting us on the ground floor since the lift was out and we're in our 70's."
