「Good, just carry bed linen.」

「The elevator is broken. We have an elderly person, so hard for him to climb up on the third floor. I booked three rooms for the family trip. One of the rooms the cable not working. Also all the electrical outlets were unplugged. We have to called the front lady to check it out. She is very friendly and nice. But still can’t fix the cable in the bedroom. Compared my last time we stayed. Now seems to be not good enough.」

「ダブルブッキングが発生し、予約した部屋に泊まれなかったうえ、フロントの対応も最悪だった。」
