When I contacted reception, I was told I needed to earn points just to access such basic amenities. That’s completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I would genuinely prefer staying in a budget hotel over paying premium rates for Hilton. Extremely disappointing, and I won’t be choosing Hilton again."
