"Brilliant location. The Deputy Manager was very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was self serve and was delicious and plentiful. Parking outside the hotel is avaliable for 4 hours max during certain times (pay at meter), however you can purchase a 24 hour permit from Reception for £6. We'd definitely stay again. "We had a pleasant 1 night stay. Check in was made effortless and welcoming by the young lady on reception (sorry I didn’t catch your name but it was Saturday 7th afternoon). We used the gym and pool which had been recently refurbished and were great. There seems to be other renovations taking place which the hotel could benefit from. Good value for money."

"Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious. My only criticism would be that I wasn’t told that if I had pre-booked breakfast it would have been cheaper. I think £18.49 is a bit steep for breakfast"

"Very good hotel,we had an issue with the heating in the room but informed reception who offered to move us to another room or put a heater in our room,we took up the latter and had a nice meal in the restaurant and when we went back to the room the heater was already there,so 1st class service."
