「First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy.」

「Feel like the pictures and description did not meet expectations or match the property. This property is more of a bedsit with shared kitchen and living area. The room is big enough for a double bed and enough room to walk round it. The bathroom was ok, unfortunately the shower head was leaking and the power in the shower fluctuates, possibly when another person runs water in the property. We only got one bath towel for an adult and child, not even a hand towel. Not sure where the city view was...

「Nice room clean comfortable and tastefully decorated.. good hot shower ! It was a little cold in the early mornings - didn’t mange to work out the heating arrangements. Chimney breast in Chatsworth showing water ingress - we understand from the owner that this was being dealt with .. Cafes not really close enough to walk to for breakfast. It would be good if the dining room had a toaster and microwave so that it would be easy to make your own . Overall a good place to stay for visiting family...
