「Firstly, the only reason I haven't given this hotel a terrible score is because of the staff. They were friendly, welcoming and did their best to help. Unfortunately, The Devonshire Arms was a real disappointment considering the £180 we paid for one night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend paying more than £100 per night. The photos on the website make the hotel look much better than it actually is, and I wish we'd travelled a little further and booked elsewhere. The room was clean, but...

「宿泊前日の夜に急遽予約したが、問題なく部屋も鍵も用意されており、チェックインは完璧な対応だった。 駐車場は事前にホテルからメール頂いた通り、部屋数と比較して駐車場のスロット数は少ないので、早目の訪問がおすすめ。 自分は16時前の到着でも空きが1台分しかなかった。 ホテルは本館と別館に分かれていて、自分は別館宿泊だったが、両方とも年期の入った建物なので人が歩くとギシギシいうのは仕方ないかと思う。 併設のレストランは美味しくサービスも良好。朝食のフルイングリッシュブレックファストも美味しかった。 ベイクウェルに泊まるなら、間違いは無いホテルだと思う。」
