Nice and clean Rooms. Chloe on reception was a star she went above and beyond to make sure we could get back in our Room when we were locked out .

Area around is terrible full of drug addict the actual hotel is as good as it can be for the budget does the job clean room staff very friendly

Staff were absolutely brilliant. Once they asked our plans for the visit they advised us of the most convenient mode of transport to get to our destination within Sheffield. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights, despite it saying on the website ‘daily housekeeping’ our room wasn’t cleaned. No fresh towels or extra toilet paper were provided so we had to ask for these at reception. We ran out of toilet paper and fresh towels which we had to ask for from reception. Slept well and couldn’t hear other guests in neighbouring rooms.

Brilliant staff! Brilliant hotel, absolutely welcoming and lovely, just the surrounding area isn’t the nicest but definitely didn’t let that ruin the experience!

The hotel was fine. Tidy and clean and the staff were superb! The area is terrible, unsafe and full of drug taking and homelessness. Not the hotels fault at all
