「No hot water on arrival.
Breakfast was described at included when I actually was paying for it.
Also overhead guests being offered breakfast as compensation for no hot water so a little frustrating.」

「A nice stay overall but everything is a bit dated
Limited help from some staff, training could be better our welcome wasn't great.
Went in the gym, water dispenser broken, TV remote didn't work, 1 treadmill broken 1 working, cross trainer broken otherwise ok
The suite I booked wasn't a suite it was a cottage away from the hall and facilities didn't really feel part of it. facilities were ok and very spacious but I would have taken a normal room in the hall if I'd known
I'd say 3* was enough for...
