「front desk staff are not nice, not kind, the hotel has no car park, I asked front desk a map of the car park, but the girl immediately said no, I am a Japanese and do not know the area, staff should be kind and nice to customer, also when i checked out, other girl did not say thank you, even I told her thank you, this is very unusual in Japan. 」

「Stayed for 1 night with my wife, arrived and received a glass of fizz which was nice, room had to be changed from an accessibility room ( automatically assigned to us) so ended up having to pay for upgrade of £10, give room 503 which was very nice but floor was very noisy walking across it, not ideal for room below, raised this with front desk when leaving to be told the building is over 100 years old, which is fine but none of the hallways had squeaky floors, apart from that ideal location for...
