「Love, love, loved it. If i could pick it up & take it home i would. Was on my own, with little doggy, after dropping teens off at ynot festival. But felt v safe & Matlock is soooooooo friendly, more chatty than me! So close to town & beautiful park. Easy walk to matlock bath where i spent afternoon with pirates! Cottage had everything & the most comfy bed, I have tiny car & after 5 hr drive the parking space was not gonna beat me. But if need be, plenty parking down side of park. Daughters have...

「Cottage was well presented , very well maintained and clean - Everything you need in the house - No pets allowed was a bonus for us with allergies to pet hair / fur Location is Bonsall was great - central to the area and 2 good pubs in walking distance of 1 minute and 10 minutes Loads to see and do in the area . A real gem and fabulous hosts who checked with us that we were comfortable and had what we needed. - pssst! Don’t tell anyone they will all want to go」

「The view is lovely and looks just like the pictures in the listing. However, the interior is a little tired and could use some updating (bedding was a bit shabby and the toilet flush was temperamental). The place is up a very steep hill and on a narrow lane. There is NO parking—a rusted out Mini is blocking what would maybe be a driveway—and the street parking is not close and you have to get your tires up on a high curb. Not ideal if you have a car or a lot of luggage.」
