"I always have a nice stay at this hotel. However, this time, there was a tech issue with the front desk and they could not find many reservations, and it was total chaos. Took hours for them to find it, honor it, and then issue a room, which then I found was already occupied when I got to the room. While I understand that these things happen....they shouldn't. "Excellent property in a very central shopping area. Lots of activity around the area to enjoy. the hotel has a great pool and lovely terrace for socializing. The room was by far the best bit, with excellent wet room, soft bed with appropriate pillow."
