The location is great although a busy road behind the property can be noisy ! A great find out of hustle and bustle of the Medina which is not for me ! Got a room upgrade and Useff, the manager was amazing, super helpful and made the most delicious chicken Tagine for me and other guests ! A great place to stay with a lovely pool and salons to relax Good international mix of guests.I am definitely returning to stay here and loved all the cats on the property. It’s also close to good shopping and restaurants at Marrakesh Village a few blocks away. It’s was secure compound with a night watchman on duty.

For a girl travelling alone, I felt so safe and protected at this accommodation. Youssef ensured I had everything I needed, walked me to restaurants when it was late and even translated for me when language was an issue. I had an early flight, and I had coffee and my cab waiting for me when I got down. He even offered to print out my boarding pass so I don’t get charged at the airport. Truly a friendly accommodation that goes above and beyond to ensure guests be safe

Beautiful old riad. Fab food places a 5 min walk away. Easy walk to centre of Marrakech. Very safe area. Youseff has great personality and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is not always a member of staff at the riad. Locked in to property first morning! Garden area a little unkempt. Electric sockets in short supply. No tea/coffee making facilities, though, when there, youseff made a lovely mint tea. No bottles of water in room
