スタッフ全員とても親切で深夜のチェックインでも丁寧に対応いただいたり、安全なATMの場所を教えてくれたり、ツアーガイドをリヤドの近くまで誘導してくれました。席についてから作ってくれるホカホカの朝食もとても美味しかったです。

The riad is very clean, well organized. The owner made sure that the room meets the expectations of the customer. The first day the staff and owner welcomed us with tea and cookies served in a beautifully decorated salon. We felt like home. The room was exceptionally decorated. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was served on time and it was delicious. Thank you Pillar and all the staff.

A truly wonderful riad. The room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful — immaculate, refined, and thoughtfully designed, with a real sense of comfort and elegance. Every detail felt carefully curated and impeccably clean. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and gracious, making the stay feel effortless and genuinely welcoming. A beautiful, peaceful place that I would gladly return to.

We adored our stay at the Riad! The host Pilar is an exceptional hostess, who really goes out of her way to care for all of her guests. We had a slight snafu during our stay and she went above and beyond to fix it for us. We would 100% come back and recommend this riad to anybody.

We absolutely loved Free People! They were readily available to meet our needs, offer advice, and share favorite locations. The riad is beautiful, modern, and intentionally decorated. Easy access to the medina and outside. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Pilar, the owner, arranged our airport transfer. Upon arrival, Ryuk greeted us at the vehicle, took our luggage, and walked us to the Riad door. We were welcomed with a hand washing followed by a tea service as we registered. A tuk tuk was then arranged to get us to dinner. He was so helpful throughout our stay. The riad is even more beautiful than pictured. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and the staff is very attentive. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. The food was lovingly prepared by Fatima. I think about that breakfast, especially the tea and yogurt daily. Pilar was a joy! She was so helpful. She provided us with walking routes on the days we wanted to explore with points of interest we would have missed otherwise. I miss her and her sweet dog, LL. We were truly made to feel like family during our stay. I have no notes! Don’t miss your opportunity to stay here. My expectations were met and greatly exceeded. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Das Riad liegt mitten in Marrakesch. Von dort aus kann man fußläufig sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Morgen war definitiv ein Highlight. Das gesamte Team kümmerte sich während es gesamten Aufenthalt um uns.

The staff and Pilar were amazing! My friends and I were greeted by the staff and Pilar as we stepped out of our transportation. Upon entering the beautiful raid we washed our hands and were greeted by treats and tea. The room was clean, any question we had they were a quick to respond. Pilar and staff went above and beyond for us, which was truly appreciated! Definitely a must visit if you are in Marrakech!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Durch eine WhatsApp Gruppe konnte man in Kontakt bleiben und bei Fragen wurde sehr schnell geantwortet. Das war sehr hilfreich. Es gibt Geschäfte in der Nähe, diverse Möglichkeiten sich was zu zu kaufen oder essen zu gehen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Marakesh werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

A Perfect Stay! New, Clean, and Exceptionally Convenient We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The accommodation is brand new and immaculately clean, making for a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The location is truly unbeatable—it's incredibly convenient and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. What truly elevated our visit was the exceptional host. They are genuinely nice, helpful, and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our time there. Sejour avec Riad petit (5chambres) proche de toi mais isolé du rythme dynamique de Marrakech. Tout est fait pour être bien accueillis. Pilar et son equipe sont vraiment au petit soin. Le Riad, les chambres tout est minitieux mais la beauté des gens qui en prennent soin est ce qui m'a le plus marqué.

Esta cerca de la zona del Zoco, del jardín secreto y del aeropuerto. Las instalaciones super bonitas, decoradas con mucha delicadeza. La habitación amplia con una cama muy grande y comoda. El baño es precioso y limpio.Tanto la bañera como los amenities de una calidad premium y con buen gusto. La dueña es super amable, cercana es como si la conocieras de hace tiempo, te aconseja que puedes ver y comer por la zona. Organiza eventos muy bonitos en el Riad como por ejemplo en tematica flamenca, nos quedo pena no haber estado. En definitiva una experiencia al mas estilo Royal Mansour

Pilar and her whole staff were amazing. She really made you feel like one of her family members and gave the best advices to start your journey in Marrakech. The Riad feels like a serene retreat: the room was spacious, bathroom to die for. I recommend Free people riad especially if this is your first time in the area. The room was absolutely fantastic – beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The owner was truly wonderful, incredibly welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The service was beyond amazing, attentive, and warm in every way. We honestly couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The whole property is stunning, with so much charm and care in every detail.
