"The Riad Ylha is beautifully decorated and combines tradition with modern comfort. The staff is super friendly and helpful, happy to help with anything you might need. The food is exceptional and the stay was absolutely perfect. This is our second visit to amazing Marrakesh and although greatly saddened to see the changes caused by the destructive earthquake 2 years ago we were happy to see the city coming back to its former glory, slowly but surely, and the resilience of it’s people. "Séjour catastrophique. Franchement, je déconseille fortement cet établissement. L’accès est une galère monumentale, surtout avec une petite voiture : les routes sont dans un état lamentable, non adaptées, voire dangereuses. Et n’espérez pas vous en sortir si vous arrivez de nuit, c’est juste impraticable. Une honte pour un lieu qui se prétend hôtel. L’accueil ? Inexistant. La personne en charge gérait aussi le restaurant en même temps, donc aucun professionnalisme. Il a fallu réclamer plusieurs...
