"Amazing hotel would highly recommend for families. There’s so much to do- 2 pools, lazy rivers, hot tub, water slide and more. They also have a bowling alley and arcade on site. Our building was right next to Volcano Bay and they have a special entry for hotel guests which was a plus. Already planning my next stay!"

"I was greeted with a smile, all the staff were very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was great, potatoes, eggs, sausage, tortillas! I will definitely stay there again!"

"Stayed one night and it was not a comfortable experience—no fue una experiencia cómoda. The beds were extremely noisy, with loud squeaking at every movement, making it hard to sleep. The shower faucet was also loose and shifted when turned on. Overall, the room did not feel well-maintained. I hope these issues are addressed."
