Yours truly would like to thank the staff at La Quinta for their exceptional customer service. The staff was very hospitable and empathetic with my daughter and I. We had to extend our stay due to a winter storm that affected the NYC tri-state area and caused the cancellation of our flights.

The location was great. We had to pay for parking at the hotel. The elevator was very slow but still worked. The carpet in the main lobby/eating area was very stained and didn’t look very nice. Our room was good and lots of room.

The shower faucet doesn’t fully turn off properly so you hear the dripping water all night, the elevator didn’t work and the door leading into the room had to be pushed open with force.
