"The room was an excellent size and the shower was wonderful!! The staff were very attentive and the plug adapter and phone charger in the room was a nice touch!"

"If we had known about this hotel earlier, we would have made it our main base in Kyoto. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to both bus and train lines, and plenty of dining options in the surrounding area. The hotel itself is excellent and clearly very popular. The onsen is superb—spanning multiple floors—and the property offers a number of thoughtful extras, including complimentary ramen from 9 to 11 p.m., which was a fun and welcome touch. Overall, we were truly glad to have stayed here. It’s a fantastic, well-located hotel that makes exploring Kyoto effortless."

"The location can’t be better. It’s right next to Kyoto station and among numerous shops and restaurants. The room is clean and everything works. The staff is friendly. Check in/out are quick. Highly recommend, and I will stay here again next time I visit Kyoto."
