Staff and room was amazing. Really great location, not too loud, and good walking distance from Kyoto station. There were lots of food options nearby, including a great ramen restaurant that we frequented. The only point of criticism is the fitness center lacks weights, even basic ones.

Nice place to stay. Clean but the walls are pretty thin. Requested extra pillows but they wouldn’t let me get more than 1 extra pillow per person. Otherwise I would stay here again

Thank you for the hospitality especially Alina! Clean and great location right by Kyoto tower! Everyone was very kind and helpful and the location is easy access to transportation and shopping centers. Breakfast was great with different varieties and onsen was wonderful!
