"Wonderful place to stay! The owners couldn’t be nicer and between the proximity to the station and the balance between traditional & modern, this was a perfect place to call home on our trip"
"Absolutely lovely little hotel, that offers spacious rooms ( hard to find in big cities of Japan). Front desk hours are well pronounced, and there was always someone at those hours. Its only few rooms hotel, so do not expect an attendances or room service. If you are looking for spacious, two beds room, this is a great find. There was a refrigerator in the room, bathtub and shower and everything you need, easy to find, great location "
"A great central location in the Kyoto area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the children’s play room, entertainment room, and rooftop. A nice, comfortable stay with good size rooms for our family of four."

Great services, you get free shot of sake daily and unlimited matcha and coffee, loved the size of the room, was good according Japan Standards."
"So close to Kyoto station and very nice lounge and public bath. Right next to plenty of options in Kyoto station. Well worth it just for not having to walk far in the heat."
"The property is gorgeous and it was a pleasure to stay here! The staff is very courteous and helpful. Because it was raining, the roof top bar was closed, but we had nice cocktails downstairs at the other bar. Super helpful to have the bakery and coffee bar downstairs when you’re running short on time in the morning. The baked items were wonderful!I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family traveling to Kyoto"
