「Great private location, quiet and beautiful place to relax but close to activities. We cooked most of our meals there in the little kitchen which provided most of the essentials. The washer and dryer was perfect for our week stay. The room stayed cool with the extra fans. We definitelywill be returning. 」

「I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...

「海が見える側の部屋なのは良かったけど、3階で目の前に大きな木があって海が見えない。プールは小さめでいつもいっぱいで入る気にならなかった。お散歩するには気持ち良い。 夜は24時近くなっても下の芝生で大声で子供が騒いでいて寝られなかった。 製氷機は6、7、8階のエレベーター前にあると言われたが、6階は故障していて使えなかった。 水はフロントの外でもらえるし、タンブラーも人数分プレゼントされた。 ウェルカムドリンクはお酒は2種類、ソフトドリンクは4種類、海が見える側の席で飲もうと座ったら、レストランから出るように言われた。 洗面台に大量の小さい蟻が発生。毎日殺しても出てくるのがとても嫌でした。 シャワーの湯温と湯量は問題なく快適。 ジムは建物内ではなく、一旦、フロントから外に出るので利用しなかった。 4名で利用だったが、タオルは2組、フロントに伝えたら持ってきてくれた。」

「立地が良い。ボルケーノから真っ直ぐ下りてきて、ヒロ空港を越え、さらに進んだ右側にあります。一度行くと間違えにくく、さらに進むとスイサンのところに出て、その先で右折すればダウンタウンに行けます。海に面しています。氷は受付のロビーの保冷庫に袋に入っているものを部屋に持っていくことになります。施設は古いですがスタッフはフレンドリーです。コンロはありませんが、ホットプレートがありました。」
