"Very professional staff, very pleasant and eminently approachable - we were made to feel very welcome! We booked a cosy room which, although quite small, was perfect big enough & had everything we needed and the bed was super comfy!! My only slight criticism is the shower leaked but not too bad to put me off so if we’re ever in London and need an overnight in Kensington I would have no hesitation to book again!"

"Nice hotel. Tube stop 50 yards away. Would stay again for sure. Only knock is that some of the restaurants right outside are fast food chain restaurants like Burger King and Kentucky Fried Chicken. Wish it was a little less "touristy". But the stay was great. Good bed. No issues. Convenient location. Front desk staff very nice. "

"Tired bedrooms and some stains on the mattress showing through to the bedsheets. Some areas needing to be deeper cleaned tops of curtains and some holes under desk area which have not been filled. No escalators from basement so if you have luggage be aware there are two flights of stairs to go up with your baggage. Positives, comfy bed and clean bathrooms and good service. "
