「Its really nice and romantic. Nice place to unwind after a long touristy day. If you arrive at night it wil be dark and scary. However, in the day, its is quite quaint. Breakfast is wonderful」

「The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool...

「The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as...

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「The staff was wonderful, specially the managers “ Aisha recognized me from the my visit to the hotel on April of 2025. Jose also was wonderful” The breakfast staff were cordial, ready to help and very friendly. The breakfast was great. This was my 2nd visit it had become my favorite hotel.
