"Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this Japanese-style hotel. The property was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a relaxing traditional atmosphere. Having a private onsen was a nice experience and made the stay feel extra comfortable and peaceful. The dinner was very good, with fresh ingredients and nicely prepared dishes. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the food and service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, which made everything easy and comfortable. Overall, it was a relaxing place to stay, and we slept very well each night. A great option for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway."

"The concept and aesthetic is beautiful. However, breakfast and dinner which are included are very difficult, the hotel is in the boondocks with little or no transportation available, they barely speak English, so it feels like you’re stuck in a castle/jail. There’s also a construction going on across the street. My suggestion is have a car rental and specify you want western style meals, otherwise it’ll be a total waste. Our second morning after we had complained, breakfast was catered to us and was much better. They try to please, I wish we would’ve known in advance."
