"Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms"

"Great location and lovely breakfast. Air con not working in the room, reported it and manager came and reset it, worked for 10 minutes and broke again. Too noisy outside to have the window open. Reported our disappointment on check out and ignored. Recommend for location but ask for a room river side. "

"I went to bed late at night and when I got up in the morning I saw that there was a large stain on the sheet! There was no shower gel because it had run out and no one checked to replenish it. The most disturbing thing was when I reported these facts to Receptionist, he wasn't at all surprised and merely said he'd sort it. He did sort it but no apology was offered. I'll never stay at a Days Inn again coz it's grossed me out."

"We stayed in a twin room. It was very dark, and the bathroom was quite small. We did not even have a place to hang the hand towel. Room service was quick, but the restaurant was quite slow. Great location!"

"The apartment was very clean, well laid out and everything you could need for a good weekend away but the bed was supposed to be a king and was only a double and it was also the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on which is my only complaint with the apartment but it would be nice to be able to have a good and comfortable night's sleep."

"Hotel and staff were very good. Only issue we had were noisy guests on our floor shouting late at night. That's not something we expected in a Hilton brand property."

"The hotel is lovely and perfect location, we have stayed before but this time the drinks were flat and when we asked for another, they tried to charge us and we went for breakfast at 10am, breakfast is until 11am, there was barely any hot food left and we were told they weren’t making any more. They did eventually make more but by then my partner had finished his food so we left it."
