A flat 15 minute walk into centre of town ( not a problem unless you are not mobile)」
「The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented.
We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good.
As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well.
All in all a brilliant...
「The host was very kind and helpful. The Barbican is located just outside the wall, which is brilliant, as inside the walls is quite noisy until very late. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready 4 hours early so we were able to check straight in. Really handy as they have lockers you can leave your stuff in to go back and collect after you’ve checked out, saves you having to carry big bags and cases around York with you. We will definitely be back. Perfect location to, only a 10 minute walk to York city centre. 」
「Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Child friendly, quiet hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choice and good quality. Rooms were clean and very practical for a family with one double bed and one sofa bed. Great location, two mins drive from park and ride which is an 8 mins bus ride into the centre of York. Hotel also 2 min drive to big shopping complex including Hollywood bowl and an Asda. 」
