ミンスタービューに泊まりましたが改装中であまりいい景色ではなかった。それを通常の価格だと不満かな。スタッフは何きいても助けてくれて親切だった。部屋は価格に見合ってない

The river rooms are best as there is alot of early morning traffic in the roadside rooms. Other than that the hotel and staff were great.

Terrific stay for two nights. Very central—walk to the shambles, Cathedral, pubs and dinners…we also took a bus from just down the street into the farmlands of Ampleforth and Scawton (1 hr 10 minutes)…and then train back from Helmsley…it was a wonderful trip to visit our ancestors dating back to 1790 in the farms and in the city if York from 1888…great staff…

Great hotel in a perfect location. Team were welcoming and friendly and the rooms were immaculate. Had breakfast on one of the mornings and it was delicious with lots of choice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and lovely breakfast. Air con not working in the room, reported it and manager came and reset it, worked for 10 minutes and broke again. Too noisy outside to have the window open. Reported our disappointment on check out and ignored. Recommend for location but ask for a room river side.

The hotel is ideally placed for the centre of York on the south side of the River Ouse. The room was very clean and looked over the river and the night life on the other bank. Restaurant food was great. Staff were very helpful and loaned us a wheelchair for the weekend. The downside is that their car park was full when we arrived, which at £20 a night was steep, but the nearby NCP car park charged £80 for two nights :-((.

Our room overlooked the River Ouse and was ideal! The views were stunning and York Minster looked majestic in the sunlight. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was equally clean and tidy. Staff on reception were warm, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Parking was undercover, safe and secure which was reassuring. Our only issue with parking was venturing out to Harrogate and Knaresborough for the day and not finding a parking space available in the hotel on our return! So we used Marygate car park overnight which was a delightful walk along the riverside to the next bridge.
