"TBH, the hotel was what I expected, I got what we paid for. Tidy, good location, breakfast was a little tired. However the main reason I gave it a 3 star/2star staff is exactly that. The staff were disinterested, constantly on their phones behind the desk, barely looked up when you walked past. Compared to our other hotels in Vietnam the area of staff really fell short. I love Honoi though. D"

"The staff are really lovely here. Although the hotel is a little far away from shopping there are loads of cafes and yummy restaurants around. We only stayed for one night but I would really recommend this place as it is clean, tidy and super affordable. They were also generous with water which is a plus! "
