「This is the first hotel on the way into the town. It's close to the beach, main attractions and well within walking distance of restaurants. If you're looking for 5 star luxury look elsewhere. If you looking for a nice clean basic accommodations this is your place. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. There is an obvious language barrier but with a little patients everything works out. Breakfast was included in our price. Very tasty.」

「訪問した時は人が少なく、スムーズな対応でしたが人が増えると対応が難しくなると思う。これからも一層の努力をお願いします。施設は新しさもあって非常に満足できるものでしたが、朝食のメニューが毎日ほぼ同じでした。」

「レストランの食事の質が高い。ビーチよく整備、清掃されていた。とても静かで落ち着いた環境が維持されていた。一方、メゾネットであったが、一階と２階の移動が外階段になっている点は不便。また、滞在中に突然非常ベルが鳴ったが、ホテル側からは適時なアクションがなく、我々が電話をしなければならず、しかも部屋に担当者が来るのにかなり時間がかかった点は大いに不満であった。」

「The property was very clean & lovely staff.we had plenty of water & coffee each day in the room .There was always staff in the reception & sweets .The hotel had its own car which took us to the airport & back £10 each way Our only complaint was the Vietnamese (Children) running in the corridors & waking us one morning at 6am moving furniture but reception resolved that 」

「Valoisa ja siisti huone, mutta kylpyhuoneessa haisi erittäin ummehtuneelle ja homeelle. Kylpyhuone oli tiivistetty liiankin hyvin, sillä ilma ei päässyt vaihtumaan. Suihku näyttää kuvissa mukavalta, mutta veden lämpötila vaihtelee ja vesi on joko kuumaa tai kylmää. Hotellissa on hissi, mutta hissi pysähtyy kerrosten välille, joten hotelli ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteisille. Hotellin emäntä oli hyvin mukava ja asiat saatiin hoidettua vaikka kielimuuria välillä olikin. Kaikin puolin hyvä...

「Staff uninterested, room ok,ish bathroom smelly at times, had lump of metal sticking out of floor, hot water not always available. Building work going on directly opposite which we were not informed about and not acknowledged by the hotel. When room key left at reception just left on counter for anyone to pick up Would not book again. 」

「部屋はとても簡素です。 ティッシュがありません シャワーのところには石けんなどを置く棚がありません。 シャンプーは濡れた手では切りにくい小袋入りです。 シャワーの排水口から臭いが上がっています。水廻りはドアで仕切られてますので、ベッドの所には意外と臭いませんでした。 シャワーカーテンが下から20センチぐらいの所までなので、シャワーの水が便器まで来ます。 朝食はありません。 いろいろ書きましたが、地方ならこんなものでしょう。施設については時間が解決すると期待します。 廊下側は全面ガラス張りです。カーテンを開けると中が丸見えです。カーテンをすると部屋が暗くなります。 スタッフはしっかりしていました。 島は静かで落ち着きます。夜は星がすぐ近くに見えます。 ハイアウホテルとExpedia では記載されていますが、これでは通用しません。英語名のlight houseとタクシーに伝えてください。」

「Je n’ai jamais vu une salle de restaurant aussi sale . La chambre n'était pas du propreté parfaite et installation très vétuste. Aucun membre du personnel parle anglais . Un minimum d’accueil et de politesse ne seraient pas superflus . Le service pour le petit-déjeuner quasiment inexistant. Établissement très bruyant, musique et karaoke jusqu’à plus de 22:00 . Etc....etc...」
