Good WiFi, firm mattress, walking distance from the airport bus station, hot water for bathing, kettle for hot water, elevator available, helpful staff, good air conditioner. Good hotel. Only a short walk from the old quarter. Staff at reception were both polite and helpful. Cheap breakfast options available.

Comfortable stay at prime location

The location is prime, especially near the interbuslines for going to Sapa. Staff very responsive , they help us pickup the luggages upon arrival . Friendly receptionist. Spacy room

Got there early about 6 AM very friendly help me with things to do. Asked me if I wanted an early check in which I did for a very reasonable fee. I had my laundry done as well. Price is right place was clean. Elevator would stay here again.

Very friendly staff, great location

The hotel is located close to all the main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little small, but it is to be expected for the price and location.
