"The rooms are regular, expected, hotel style with older-type wood furnishings. The hallways are excessively dark green. The beds are average in comfort, with just a mattress on top of a platform frame. The even number side of the hotel is quiet to the outside. In 100+ degree weather both the hotel and room HVAC cannot keep up to cool, making the areas feel humid and warmer than expected. Security to the room levels is good - needing a valid keycard to enable the elevator. Location of Romer's is good to the surrounding areas, making walking easy. I knew of the $45+tax/night resort fee and what it included - however, the front desk never explained it or what benefits were offered on check-in. Overall, I'd suggest looking at all local hotels to this area and making a different choice is there is a better price. This hotel is an 4 out of 5 - no more."
