"Excellent stay. The St. James continues to do updates for improving your experience. The front desk staff is very friendly and they always try to ensure your needs are met. The location is central all the sites you may want to see in Time Square and everything else has convient access by car, or railway. I really liked the convenience of the hotel storing your bags till you were ready to leave after your visit, if you had time to sight see before your plane or bus departed New York. Ive never had and problems with this hotel a d will co tinue to stay here on future visits."
