We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. Lee helped us with check-in and was incredibly friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Having a bidet was a nice and thoughtful feature. Thank you, Lee, for taking such great care of us and helping make our trip easy and comfortable.
