Check in was easy. The staff were nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion were in Dove bottles but clearly did NOT contain Dove products. The room was not cleaned well. The coffee table was sticky and had salt or maybe sugar all over it and the floor looked and felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.

The check-in process was the easiest/fastest I have ever seen. The shuttle service was exactly what we needed to correctly and quickly get from and to the airport timely.

Very convenient if you're not renting a car. Free airport shuttle that can also take you to the train station. They also have free area shuttle that will take you to and from the Westfield Mall.
