The renovations are wonderful! The front desk staff was knowledgeable, kind and helpful! The rooms are lovely. Conveniently located to some great sites like the space needle, climate pledge and pike market. Only complaint was booking a room with a fold out sofa which was no longer available as they had renovated.

The desk clERK WAS VERY NICE. THE ROOM WAS NEAT CLEAN WELL APPO I NTED. MYCOMPLAINT IS THE TOILET!!! THE BATHROOM HAS BEEN REDONE AND LOOKSNICE BUT YOU LEAVE THE KINDERGARTEN HEIGHT TOILET. IF I WERE A CHILD THE HEIGHT WOULD BE FINE BUT I AM OLDER ABD NEED A TOILET I CAN GET UP AND DOWN TOO. 15 INCHES IS GREAT EVEN A 12 GET THE KIDDY TOILETS OUT.
